一、基本條件
報(bào)名人員在符合選聘崗位任職資格的基礎(chǔ)上，還應(yīng)具備以下基本條件：
（一）全日制碩士研究生學(xué)歷，能流利使用英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言，年齡不超過(guò)40周歲，具有正常履行職責(zé)的身體條件，有海外留學(xué)教育經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
（二）品行良好、工作務(wù)實(shí)、作風(fēng)扎實(shí)，業(yè)績(jī)優(yōu)良。
（三）有高度的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，遵紀(jì)守法，廉潔自律，具有良好的職業(yè)道德和敬業(yè)精神。
（四）無(wú)違紀(jì)違法記錄且不處于立案審查調(diào)查期間。

二、招聘崗位
（一）海外企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)/財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理，若干名
崗位職責(zé)：
1.參與制定短期及中長(zhǎng)期的公司財(cái)務(wù)決策和戰(zhàn)略。
2.負(fù)責(zé)公司財(cái)務(wù)制度的管理和制定，包括會(huì)計(jì)核算管理、稅務(wù)管理、資金管理和預(yù)算管理。
3.根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃制定預(yù)算，并跟蹤其執(zhí)行情況。
4.參與公司重大經(jīng)營(yíng)、投融資決策，優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)和資本配置。
5.負(fù)責(zé)完成上級(jí)單位及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1.財(cái)會(huì)、金融等相關(guān)專業(yè)全日制研究生學(xué)歷，特別優(yōu)秀者，可適當(dāng)放寬。有注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師、ACCA資格者優(yōu)先。
2.具有大型企業(yè)或海外企業(yè)三年以上同等管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，能流利使用英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言。
3.熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)外準(zhǔn)則差異、國(guó)內(nèi)外金融政策、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)制度及流程，精通相關(guān)財(cái)稅法律法規(guī)。

（二）海外企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理，若干名
崗位職責(zé)：
1.從事海外天然橡膠貿(mào)易或生產(chǎn)管理等工作。
2.負(fù)責(zé)海外公司客戶管理、期現(xiàn)貨交易，或生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)控制等具體管理工作。
3.按照所在部門相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)，并對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程逐步優(yōu)化、提升。
4.做好與國(guó)內(nèi)總部相關(guān)部門的業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)接與溝通。
5.完成企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：

崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)組織收集、研究海外橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)和政策，提供決策信息。
2.負(fù)責(zé)海外公司戰(zhàn)略管理，組織編制海外公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及年度經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督實(shí)施。
3.負(fù)責(zé)做好海外公司經(jīng)營(yíng)分析，監(jiān)督和協(xié)調(diào)解決海外公司經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的重大經(jīng)營(yíng)問(wèn)題。
4.做好國(guó)內(nèi)總部相關(guān)部門與國(guó)外子公司部門的業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)接與溝通。

崗位職責(zé)：

2.負(fù)責(zé)海外企業(yè)橡膠生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定，組織定期不定期生產(chǎn)檢查，確保完成橡膠生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。
3.負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督和協(xié)調(diào)解決海外公司橡膠種植、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)的重大問(wèn)題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
4.做好國(guó)內(nèi)總部相關(guān)部門與國(guó)外子公司部門的業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)接與溝通。

任職資格：
1.農(nóng)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)全日制研究生學(xué)歷，具有相關(guān)資質(zhì)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先，具有中級(jí)職稱或相關(guān)職業(yè)資格者優(yōu)先,特別優(yōu)秀者，可適當(dāng)放寬。
2.具有兩年以上海外企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷，能流利使用英語(yǔ)作為日常工作語(yǔ)言。
3.具有豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉多種農(nóng)作物生長(zhǎng)特點(diǎn)和作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉橡膠生產(chǎn)者優(yōu)先。

1、 Basic conditions

（1） Several CFOs/financial managers of overseas enterprises
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.
2. Responsible for the management and formulation of the company's financial system, including accounting management, tax management, fund management, and budget management.
3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.
4. Participate in major business and investment and financing decisions of the company, optimize capital structure and allocation.
5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior units and leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in finance, accounting, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
2. Those who have more than three years of experience in the same management position in large enterprises or overseas enterprises are preferred, and can use English fluently as the Working language.

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
Qualification:
